You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. Any unauthorized use of your Account must be reported to our support team immediately.
All Accounts are subject to identity verification (KYC) procedures before withdrawals can be processed. You must provide the following documents upon request:
big89 reserves the right to request additional documentation if initial submissions are unclear, expired, or otherwise insufficient. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request will be suspended until verification is completed.

All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed clearly during the deposit process.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 2–15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–22:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours or on public holidays may take up to 24 hours to process due to bank processing schedules.
big89 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from accounts belonging to another individual) are strictly prohibited. Any Account found to have accepted third-party deposits will be suspended, and all associated Funds will be forfeited as a security measure to prevent money laundering.
You may request a withdrawal of Funds from your Account at any time, provided that:
Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details provided during KYC verification. big89 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

big89 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawals (exceeding Rp 50,000,000) or on Accounts with unusual activity patterns. Such checks may extend processing time by up to 72 hours.

big89 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward Bonus abuse. The following activities are considered Bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of Bonus funds and potential Account closure:
big89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a cancellation, Users with active Bonuses will be notified via email, and any remaining Bonus funds will be removed from their Accounts.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the big89 platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and potential legal action:
big89 employs advanced fraud detection systems and monitors all Account activity for suspicious behavior. Any User found to be engaging in prohibited activities will be permanently banned from the platform and reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

Any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the big89 platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI).
In the event that any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
